Privacy Policy

Catscapes has no accounts and no servers. It does not collect your data. Your progress is stored on your device and nowhere else. The only information that ever leaves your device is whatever the advertising provider collects, and only if you choose to watch a rewarded video.

01What we collect

Nothing. Catscapes has no sign-up, no login and no user accounts. We run no server that receives data from the game, so there is nothing for us to collect, store or share.

02Your progress

Levels cleared, stars earned, the state of the house, which cats have arrived and what they are wearing, and your settings are all saved locally on your device.

There is no cloud save. If you delete the game, that data goes with it, and neither you nor we can recover it afterwards.

03Measurement

The game keeps counters about its own behaviour so that it runs correctly. Those numbers stay on the device and are not transmitted anywhere.

04Advertising

Catscapes shows no interstitial advertising. Nothing is ever forced in front of you.

The only advertising is rewarded video. It plays only when you choose to open one, and there is a daily limit.

When you choose to watch one, the advertising provider may collect information such as your device advertising identifier, under its own privacy policy. If you never open a rewarded video, no advertising data is collected at all.

You can limit this on your device: on iOS under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and on Android under Settings → Privacy → Ads.

The advertising provider is not named here yet. It will be listed, with a link to its own privacy policy, before the game is released.

05Purchases

Cosmetic items can be bought with money. Payment is handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your card or payment details.

06Children

Catscapes does not collect personal data from anyone, children included. Rewarded advertising is subject to the age rating the game carries in each store and to the provider settings that apply to that rating.

07Sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent or share personal data, because we hold none.

08Your choices

You can reset all progress from the settings screen inside the game, or delete the game from your device. Either one removes the stored data completely.

09Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
